NÁVŠTĚVNÍCI POTÁPĚČSKÉHO CENTRA RUMCHALPA (DÁLE JEN „AREÁL RUMCHALPA“) VSTUPEM DO AREÁLU RUMCHALPA SOUHLASÍ S TÍMTO NÁVŠTĚVNÍM ŘÁDEM 

AND THEY ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THEM THROUGHOUT THEIR VISIT.

Visitors stay at the Rumchalpa complex at their own risk and responsibility. Parents, guardians, or other adults are responsible for their children. Children under 15 years of age are only allowed to enter when accompanied by an adult.

Entry to the premises and stay therein is permitted only with a valid ticket or after payment of the accommodation fee.

Diving activities may only be carried out with a valid diving qualification and in compliance with all recommendations and regulations arising therefrom.  Each diver engages in diving activities solely at their own risk and responsibility, aware of all the risks involved.  The operator of the Rumchalpa facility is not liable for damage to health or property if the damage is caused by the visitor's own actions.

All diving preparation activities (dressing, equipment preparation, etc.) must be carried out in designated areas. It is forbidden to wear diving equipment (wet neoprene suits, tanks, etc.) in the cabins. This is only possible after prior agreement with the operator.

Only persons designated to operate the compressor are allowed access to the compressor area.

Animals are not allowed on the Rumchalpa premises.

It is forbidden to feed fish and throw any objects into the water.

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and cabins on the premises. The ban also applies to electronic cigarettes.

Fires may only be lit in designated fire pits. Wood can be obtained in the forest, where only brushwood may be collected.

Guests must make up the beds in the cabins/rooms immediately after receiving the keys and remove the bedding before departure and return it to the reception desk.

Visitors are required to behave considerately towards other visitors, maintain cleanliness and order (especially in toilets and kitchens), and act in such a way as to avoid causing unnecessary damage to health or property.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. In the event of a disturbance during quiet hours, such persons may be expelled by the operator without compensation!!! 

Visitors can bring their own food and prepare it in the designated areas. If you use dishes, you must wash them after use and return them to their original place!

Visitors must clean the cabin or room before departure.

It is forbidden to destroy greenery, property belonging to Rumchalpa, or property belonging to other persons on the Rumchalpa premises.

Sorted waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.

Persons who are clearly intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics or psychotropic substances, or otherwise disrupting the operation of the Rumchalpa premises and safety will not be allowed to enter the Rumchalpa premises and may be expelled by the operator.

Due to the risk of injury, jumping into the water from the shore is prohibited. Visitors must use the designated entrances to the water (steps).

The operator reserves the right to close any part of the Rumchalpa complex without prior notice.

Any commercial activity on the Rumchalpa premises is only possible with the prior consent of the operator.

Visitors acknowledge that a camera system is installed on the Rumchalpa premises for the purposes of the operator of the premises.

By entering the premises, visitors give their consent to the recording of audio and video images of themselves, which may be taken during their presence on the premises for promotional purposes, without any claim to compensation and without any time or space restrictions.

In the event of a non-standard security situation, visitors are required to follow the instructions of Rumchalpa staff or members of the Integrated Rescue System.

In the event of a gross violation of the visitor rules, the operator reserves the right to ask the visitor to leave the premises and prevent them from entering. If you leave the Rumchalpa premises due to a violation of the visitor rules, the admission fee will not be refunded.
